This Privacy Policy explains how Bloopt ("we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, protects, and discloses your information when you use our mobile application (the "App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring your personal data is handled safely.

1. Information We Collect

To provide and improve our services, we collect the following types of information:

A. Information You Provide Directly

• Account Information: When you sign up via Apple or Google, we collect your email address and an internal user identifier.
• Support Communications: When you contact us for support, we collect your email address and the contents of your message.

B. Information Collected Automatically

• Precise Location Data: With your explicit permission, we collect precise location data (GPS coordinates) while you are actively using the App. This is required to generate customized walking, running, and cycling routes centered around your current position. We do not track your location in the background when the App is closed.
• Purchase History: We track your in-app purchase history (e.g., credit packs) to manage your "route generation credits" balance. Payments are processed securely by Apple; we do not collect or store your credit card information.
• Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with the App, including generated routes and feature usage, to analyze and improve our services.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data for the following purposes:

• To create, secure, and maintain your account.
• To provide the core functionality of the App (generating physical activity routes near your location).
• To process in-app purchases and accurately manage your credit balance.
• To provide customer support and respond to your inquiries.
• To analyze usage patterns and improve our services.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal data. We only share information with trusted third-party service providers strictly necessary to operate the App:

• Authentication & Database Hosting: We use Supabase to securely manage authentication and store your profile data, route history, and credit balances.
• Payment Processing: We use RevenueCat to securely validate and process your App Store in-app purchases.
• Route Generation (OpenAI): We send anonymized parameters (such as distance, POI types, and coordinates) to generate custom routes. Your personal identity (email, user ID) is never shared with OpenAI.
• Maps & Routing: We use Google Maps Platform to calculate paths and display map interfaces.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your personal information only for as long as your account is active or as necessary to provide you with our services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Account Deletion (Your Right to Erasure)

You have the right to permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time. You can do this directly within the App by navigating to Settings > Delete Account. Upon confirmation, your profile, authentication records, saved routes, and credit balance are permanently and irrevocably erased from our active databases.

5. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected such information, we will take steps to delete it immediately.

6. Third-Party Links

Our App may contain links to third-party services or content. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these external entities. We encourage you to review their respective privacy policies.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices or relevant laws. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page or by displaying a prominent notice within the App.
